Cobalt are pleased to be partnering with Cushman & Wakefield who are looking to recruit a number of Transaction Managers from Senior Surveyor through to Associate for their dedicated team of portfolio management specialists, delivering significant changes through estates transformation on behalf of public and private occupiers.
With flexible office locations throughout the South and North, I am looking to hear from Transaction Managers who are interested in taking responsibility for the delivery of high volume commercial property transactions on behalf of UK & European clients.
The appointed Transaction Managers will be responsible for:
Overseeing the delivery of a variety of transactions including lease renewals, re-gears, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all programme deliverables/transactions.
Working to tight timescales, ensuring that client projects are commenced in a timely manner, maintaining regular engagement with key stakeholders throughout.
Be accountable for the delivery of all programme commissions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Liaise with clients and their solicitors to ensure minimal disruption to programme timescales.
The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working in a commercial real estate environment, ideally having supported or worked for Occupier clients. With strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, applicants should be confident communicators, comfortable managing and handling data.
