Valuations Surveyor

A UK wide consultancy is currently looking for a Valuation Surveyor to join their team based in London at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.

You will be providing services for public sector clients across a range of property types with great opportunity for career growth.

Some responsibilities include:

• Inspecting and measuring different properties.

• Assessing lease and title documents.

• Gather market research to identify trends/other that may influence values.

• RICS Red Book valuations, amongst others.

• Using Argus Enterprise and Developer for valuation purposes.

• Training and managing graduates.

Experience Required:

• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer is essential.

• Experienced user of Excel and Argus.

• Understanding and experience of cash flow models.

• Full driving licence.
