Cobalt Recruitment featured in the "Top Recruitment Agencies" in Focus magazine for the second time in a row.
The German magazine, in collaboration with the Institute Statista surveyed 1,300 HR managers and more than 2,000 candidates who had experience with recruitment agencies in the past three years.
Elements of the recruiters' work which were reviewed included the quality and selection of candidate profiles offered, service quality, value for money and placement speed.
For jobseekers, the assessment focused on quality and selection of positions offered, consultation and communication during and after the process, service quality and duration of the placement process. The evaluation can be found in the current issue of Focus special "Gehalt & Karriere 2017".
