The difference between data controllers/processors
A data controller or controller is a person who controls how personal information is processed and used. Data controller or controller are two terms that mean the same thing. If we post customer testimonials and comments on our website, which may contain personal data, we obtain each customer's consent via email prior to posting the customer's name and testimonial.
Who do we share your personal information with?
