Cobalt is proud to be represented by the company’s UK Managing Director, Christopher Mackenzie, at the upcoming LGBT Property Business Diversity Conference where he will be discussing the question - “How are Recruitment Agencies Helping Attract LGBT Diverse Talent?”
This will be an industry first event, hosted by BNP Paribas Real Estate and JLL, and will take place in London on 5 July 2017. The day will include panels and speeches from the market leaders of the property industry discussing LGBT diversity.
Other topics for the day will include:
• “Where is LGBT diversity at in the property world?”
• A session with Senior Leaders for developing an LGBT-inclusive workplace
• What does LGBT inclusivity do for your business?
Some of the additional panellists include speakers from Aviva Investors, British Land, CBRE, Crown Estate, Cushman & Wakefield and Deloitte as well as Ruth Hunt, CEO of Stonewall.
