I have been responsible for managing Office and Retail assets across the UK and Central London, with a total market value of circa £900 million.

My principal responsibility is the identification and completion of real estate asset management initiatives which include leasing, refurbishment, development, and investment disposals.

My role involves:

  • Formulation and implementation of business plans; Excel cashflow modelling to assess the impact of various management approaches on the value and to allow informed decision making.

  • Asset Management Committee; presentation of opportunities and the making of management recommendations to the Asset Management Committee, including supporting information and justification to assist in the committee’s decision making.

  • Refurbishments; managing comprehensive office refurbishment projects with a value of £8million to date. Including overseeing a full professional team comprising project manager, architect, cost consultant, and main contractor.

  • Developments; managing a full professional team to produce fully costed and specified designs, and leading negotiations with local authorities to achieve planning consents. Give an example – including size, value, location
