We’ve kicked off 2020 with a new strategy and some exciting changes in the UK! Alongside some new plans around updating our branding and website in the next few months, we are rolling out some fresh initiatives that are designed to keep Cobalt an outstanding place to work.
Gone are the days of having to be suited and booted every day, we have an emphasis now on dressing for your day. If you feel constrained with your annual leave allowance, that’s no longer a factor as we’ve got rid of quotas and given people unlimited leave. The London office has had an overhaul to give us a more contemporary look, including a new look kitchen where everyone can sit and eat their breakfast, which we provide.
Together with this, we are investing in new technology that will help consultants focus on the things that will make them more successful. They can use their time in a more productive way that gives them more time away from the office instead.
