Cobalt is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte John as Director for Strategic Accounts & Consultancy

In this newly created role, Charlotte will engage with clients to understand which recruitment solution works for them - exploring everything from fee structures and exclusivity agreements through to in-house recruitment, process innovation and strategic talent planning.
Charlotte started her recruitment career with Cobalt in 2005, having qualified as a General Practice Surveyor in 2003. She was a successful biller on the Real Estate team initially and latterly in 2 overseas offices. Returning to the UK in 2012, she joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), working in-house sourcing senior hires. Her role quickly evolved into the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA where she was responsible for hiring senior leadership roles across the region as well as running the in-house recruitment function. She created a team of in-house recruiters, implemented new processes and technology across EMEA and built relationships with third-party suppliers. She also sat on the EMEA HR leadership board. She gained a huge amount of experience working with the executive leaders in the business helping them shape their hiring strategy.
