The 2008/09 recession has seen an increase in the demand for both professional and project biased building surveyors. At present, we are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are RICS qualified and wanting to develop their sector experience across the UK.
We are also particularly interested in speaking to building surveyors that have focused their careers within certain areas such as due diligence, party walls, dilapidations matters, rights for light, project management/contract administration and would like to progress by working on higher valued projects.
