A highly prestigious private equity firm are seeking an Investment Analyst. The successful candidate will be actively participating and supporting the international team to develop and execute the International Real Estate Strategic Plan.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Underwriting real estate investment opportunities in both asset and corporate level structures across all property-types.

• Authoring and contributing to investment memoranda and supporting investment committee discussions.

• Building and updating complex financial models to analyse new and existing investments.

• Interpreting financial analysis results and identifying key investment merits and risks.

The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills with ability to underwrite opportunistic investments in several sectors. They will also be able to work dynamically as the client is a boutique and entrepreneurial team.
