Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Block Property Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both residential and commercial buildings, ensuring the efficient management of property operations and delivering outstanding service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Manchester.
Lead on Section 20 works and plan & host AGM's
Liaise with property owners, residents, and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Handle lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations.
Implement and coordinate property improvement projects.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to enhance overall property management services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in block property management, including both residential and commercial properties.
Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in property management software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
