My client are currently recruiting for a finance administrator on a 4 month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading real estate company who provide a supportive and forward thinking environment. You will be based in their modern office in South West London.

This position will require you to provide full administrative support to the turnover rents team. You will have the opportunity to understand the varied roles and responsibilities within the team and assist colleagues when required.

Key responsibilities;

  • Responsible for rent review process.

  • Assisting the team with chasing for missing monthly and annual turnover figures. This will include reading through leases to determine tenant's obligations and then requesting information from tenants in accordance with their lease.

  • Help maintain and clear the Turnover Rents inbox on a regular basis and filing emails.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of existing processes and systems used within the team and wider business

  • Ensure systems are being used to their full potential and consider the potential for future enhancements
