Cobalt is currently supporting a highly regarded Chartered Surveyor based in Central London who are currently seeking an experienced Horizon Analyst to join their successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a business analyst you will be the communicator between the business and external software developers

• You will have a strong understanding of business needs and be able translate those accordingly to the relevant parties

• Conduct analysis of business processes and be able to advise where improvements or system changes can be made

• Facilitate and manage change request process based on current and future business requirements

• Work closely with software developers in order to create effective solutions

• Be responsible for testing and delivering enhancements into the business

Personal Specifications:

• Previous experience working in UK property market or Proptech sector

• Able to elicit and understand complex objectives and assumptions from users

• Excellent working experience with the property management system Horizon

• Experience compiling detailed specification & briefing documents

• Understanding of database and systems management
