Role
The Portfolio Manager's duties encompass drafting term sheets for Credit Backed transactions, guiding the bank's professionals in advancing the loan, and managing all necessary tasks for the successful completion of the initial advance. Subsequently, they will oversee the ongoing management of the loan until it is fully repaid.
Skills
Proficient understanding of the UK property market with specialized expertise in overseeing loan completions and conducting due diligence checks for residential development loans.
Efficiently navigate a substantial pipeline of cases, overseeing them through to completion while ensuring strict adherence to company service standards and compliance with lending policies at all stages.
