Paying between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Cobalt are working with a market leading Real Estate developer who are looking for an interim Senior Accounts Payable individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting invoices

• Supervise the AP Assistant

• Processing large amounts of invoices from initially loading them on the property management system to matching, batching and coding them

• Frequent payment runs including BACS and CHAPS runs

• Setting up new suppliers on the system

• Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently

• Opportunity to assist with preparing the management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journals

• Real Estate knowledge beneficial
