The Role:

• Manage a property portfolio of between 120-150 properties

• Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants and contractors to build strong relationships

• Work with your team to ensure the highest quality of service

• Dealing with property maintenance queries, thinking on your feet to resolve issues and coordinate solutions

• Invoice management and processing

• Deposit negotiation and distribution

• Keeping up to date with industry regulations and advising your landlords and tenants
