My client are a leading Real Estate Investment company who are looking to recruit a Learning and Development administrator to organise and provide support to the learning and development team within the business.

This position will require you to carry out any administrative tasks for the team and assist with arranging/ booking meeting rooms, organising catering for events and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities;

  • Gaining course evaluation and feedback from participants

  • Processing invoices

  • Coordinating with external suppliers

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships

  • Ordering supplies and carrying out general administrative tasks

Key skills;

  • Strong IT skills

  • Confident in speaking with a range of people and providing feedback

  • Able to manage workload and meet strict deadlines

  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures

  • Organised and motivated individual
