Cobalt is thrilled to be partnering with an FTSE 100, global investment company, that invests in and manages a wide range of assets including Real Estate, Equities, and Fixed Income, along with more esoteric assets within the private finance arena such as projects and Infrastructure Finance, Structured Products and Leveraged Finance.

About the role:

The role will support the global Real Estate application platform, working closely with key business stakeholders and within an existing support team, which is supporting the Yardi Voyager platform globally across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Key responsibilities:

​

• Design and deliver financial accounting and property management change requests to the Yardi Voyager platform

• Assess the global impact of all changes delivered

• QA change requests for other system analysts

• Operate within, and contribute to, the existing Business Solutions governance model

• Provide on-call, out-of-hours batch support as part of a support rota and additionally provide occasional on-call/on-site weekend support, as required

• Produce consistently high-quality technical documentation

• Establish data rules and principles to ensure data consistency and integrity of changes

• Actively trigger system efficiencies and improve system utilisation

• Assist in ensuring global system design and configuration consistency with a clear understanding of regional differences

• Work within wider organisational/project plans, meeting business and project timescales within budget and to the agreed level of quality

• Along with other teams, contribute to the technical direction of RE Voyager platform

• Maintaining positive and effective relations with key business stakeholders and members of the wider Business Solutions team.

Requirements:

• Deep working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Investment Management and Property Management modules

• Real estate fund accounting experience (property, SPV, consolidation, and fund reporting) in a fund structure, and multi-jurisdiction Yardi Voyager

• Advanced Excel, SQL, Yardi reporting (via SSRS, YSR), and Yardi Voyager schema, knowledge

• Investment Management and Financial Services knowledge

• Fund management or property management background, with experience in multi-jurisdictional requirements

• Proactive and self-motivated individual, able to work on own initiative, and within teams
