Following on from the huge success of our first Academy in January, we are pleased to announce that we will be holding another starting 11th July.
The Cobalt Academy is an 8-week structured programme which will teach you everything you need to know about the real estate and construction sectors and recruitment. By the end of the programme, if you pass, you will be offered a position as an Associate Consultant at Cobalt!
The training programme will begin with two days of intense training, learning all about Cobalt and the real estate and construction sectors, to set the scene for you. You’ll also receive extensive training at multiple points throughout the programme from our external trainer as well as from our experienced consultants. Then at the end of the programme, you’ll take part in one-to-one panel interviews, a presentation and a feedback session – then you’ll get to enjoy our passing out ceremony and lunch with the team to celebrate!
So whether you already have experience in sales or real estate or maybe you've undertaken further study. Whatever your background, then a career in recruitment could be for you!
