About the Role

This is a hands-on, developer-side acquisition role within a well-capitalised, design-led platform with a growing Prime Central London footprint. You'll take full ownership of acquisitions and early delivery, working directly with senior leadership on live and future schemes.

You'll be trusted from day one with real decisions, real budgets, and real exposure across commercial-led and mixed-use projects. The role offers genuine cradle-to-grave involvement, short decision lines, and the chance to naturally step into a more senior position as the platform grows.

About the Company:
An established international urban developer with over 300 employees across London and Europe. Known for thoughtful architecture and sustainable urban regeneration, the business has delivered over 1,080,000 sq m of space and continues to expand its Prime Central London pipeline. The London team is lean, ambitious and focused on delivering high-quality, commercially driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, assess and secure Zone 1 and Prime Central London development opportunities.
* Lead acquisitions end-to-end, from origination and appraisal through planning and early delivery.
* Prepare and present site appraisals, acquisition strategies and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Structure and negotiate acquisitions, including conditional deals, options, joint ventures and complex urban assets.
* Manage projects through planning and into delivery, coordinating multiple in-house work packages.
* Work closely with construction, cost, planning and legal teams with direct access to live build data.

Essential Requirements:
* Proven developer-side experience acquiring and delivering Zone 1 or Zone 2 Central London schemes.
* Strong commercial development background with experience of refurbishment, mixed-use or commercial-led projects.
* RICS qualification with practical understanding of construction, cost and delivery.

If this sounds like the kind of responsibility you've been looking for or already have, get in touch. Send what you have; a CV, LinkedIn profile or even just a brief note outlining your experience. No polished application needed.
