About the Role

Role Overview

As a Development Agency professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving forward real estate development projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, local authorities, and investors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee all phases of real estate development projects, including site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and delivery.

  • Feasibility & Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence to assess development opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with investors, architects, contractors, planning authorities, and community stakeholders.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local planning laws, zoning requirements, and sustainability standards.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and funding requirements to ensure profitability of projects.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience in real estate development, project management, or a similar role within the built environment.

  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and interpret development appraisals.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of planning regulations, construction processes, and sustainability standards.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
