About the Role
We are working with a highly regarded, independent real estate practice in Manchester with a strong reputation in the valuation and advisory space. Due to sustained growth and a consistently high volume of valuation instructions, the team is looking to appoint a Valuation Surveyor to support and expand their offering.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a candidate either approaching qualification or recently MRICS accredited, who is looking to step into a role with meaningful responsibility, high-quality work, and clear career progression.
The Opportunity
- Join a specialist practice with a strong client base across secured lending, corporate recovery, and advisory services.
- Exposure to a broad range of valuation work - commercial, residential, development, and mixed-use - with no sector bias.
- Northwest client base, with instructions covering the North of the England.
- Work directly alongside highly experienced professionals.
What They're Looking For
- APC candidates approaching final assessment, or a recently qualified MRICS Surveyor.
- Strong technical grounding in commercial and residential valuations.
- Ability to manage work autonomously and deliver accurate, timely reports.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
