About the Role
Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Business Support Executive, you will contribute to a wide range of business support functions, including:
Office & Operational Support
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the London office, including liaison with building management and external suppliers.
Supporting adherence to company policies, including Sustainability and Net Zero initiatives.
Ensuring smooth and efficient support for client meetings.
Administration & Documentation
Preparing, formatting and producing a variety of internal and client-facing documents.
Maintaining accurate records and supporting general administrative processes across the business.
Diary, Events & Travel Coordination
Supporting the organisation of internal and external events.
Assisting with diary coordination, meeting arrangements, and booking travel and accommodation.
General Support Duties
Providing flexible administrative support to colleagues across different teams.
Taking on a broad range of tasks to ensure effective business operations.
Skills, Behaviours & Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong keyboard and IT competence (Excel knowledge desirable but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage and prioritise their own workload, seeking guidance when required.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
