Assistant Centre Manager

The Role:

As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the centre, working closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the highest standards of customer experience, tenant engagement, and operational delivery.

You will support with:

• Overseeing soft and hard service delivery through service partners

• Coordinating events and community engagement initiatives

• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and security procedures

• Supporting the preparation and management of service charge budgets

• Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and local stakeholders

About You:

• Experience in a similar role within a shopping centre or retail-led environment

• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to management

• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

• A solid understanding of facilities operations and compliance standards
