Assistant Property Management Surveyor (Commercial)

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a leading real estate property management company on their search for an Assistant Property Management Surveyor to support the management of a prestigious portfolio of London offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their surveying or property management career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of responsibilities while working closely with senior surveyors and key clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day property management and surveying function across multiple commercial assets
• Assisting with service charge budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and reporting in line with RICS guidance
• Engaging with occupiers to improve customer experience, satisfaction and retention
• Reviewing leases and ensuring occupier compliance with obligations and building standards
• Supporting planned works, compliance processes, audits, and building performance monitoring
• Producing client reports (monthly, quarterly and ad hoc) including sustainability and health & safety updates
• Helping ensure properties are managed proactively, responsibly, and in line with statutory requirements

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year experience in a similar surveying or property role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, deadline-driven and confident working on your own initiative
• Passion for real estate, building management and delivering excellent service
