About the Role
Cobalt are representing a top-tier developer as they recruit an Assistant Property Manager within a Grade-A office space in Central London.
You'll be overseeing the operations of a large-scale, prestigious commercial office building with a specific health science theme with the support of a Property Manager at your perusal.
This role offers excellent career development prospects within a highly regarded organisation and is an ideal role for a proven Facilities Coordinator or Assistant Building Manager looking to make the move to client-side.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Property Manager in the effective day-to-day operations of the property.
Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Assisting with the management of service partners, ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Monitoring health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections, and implementing necessary measures.
Providing support with financial management, including service charge administration and budget monitoring.
About you:
Previous experience in facilities or building management, ideally within a commercial office environment.
Strong knowledge of building operations, health and safety regulations, and service charge budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Hold an IOSH qualificatioon.
