About the Role
Associate or Associate Director level Town Planner, passionate about the industrial & logistics, data centre and / or retail sectors?
As an Associate (or Associate Director) Planner, you could combine your experience with a warm desk of bullish clients to progress towards a leadership position, within the booming commercial sector.
You could lean on an enviable roster of historic clients to foster new opportunities and generate a lucrative revenue stream in sectors such as; industrial & logistics, data centres, retail, offices and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on the planning application process of major projects.
- Managing clients and key project stakeholders throughout the planning application process.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years professional town planning experience
- Experience managing the planning application process of major projects.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
- Confidence in a client facing role.
- Chartered Member of RPTI
