Chartered Residential Valuer - Partner Level

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Residential Surveyor to join a long-established and highly respected national surveying practice in a genuine partner-level capacity.

This is not a traditional employed corporate surveying role focused purely on churn, volume and KPIs. The successful individual will effectively take ownership of the Swindon region, supported by an established network of experienced neighbouring practices and an extensive existing lender panel.

The Role

The successful candidate will undertake a varied workload including:

• Residential mortgage valuations
• Red Book valuations
• HMO and specialist valuations
• Level 2 Surveys
• Private client valuation work
• Relationship development with local agents, brokers, solicitors and professional contacts
• Supporting the continued growth of the regional business

The role is home-based with significant flexibility and autonomy.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants will have:

• MRICS or FRICS qualification
• RICS Registered Valuer status
• Residential valuation experience
• Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
• Strong technical reporting standards

Experience within HMOs or specialist lending work would be advantageous.
