Data Reporting Manager
Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of arrears and collections analytical dashboards for management reporting.
- Build and evolve operational reporting for asset management, focusing on arrears and collections.
- Partner with country teams to understand arrears positions at tenant level and track progress.
- Deliver regular arrears and collections reporting to leadership and c-suite stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' commercial real estate experience in an analytical role focused on collections.
- Hands-on experience with property management ERP systems, with Yardi preferred.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience developing reporting solutions using platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
