About the Role
My client is renowned for their successful delivery of regeneration projects to towns and cities across the country. With a healthy pipeline of schemes underway, they have a need to further strengthen the team through the appointment of a Development Manager. You will be joining a group of highly talented and driven individuals who value teamwork and who use their knowledge, innovation, and collaborative approach to successfully deliver large, mixed-use developments.
Its envisaged that the appointed candidate will be currently working in a similar environment who can demonstrate a proven track record in identifying and delivering complex commercial and/or residential projects. Highly motivated, candidates must be confident with strong presentation and negotiating skills and experience of using development software/IT packages.
