Digital Placemaking Project Manager

About the Company
You'll be joining a leading UK real estate owner and developer with a long-term, sustainability-led approach to placemaking. The business is known for delivering landmark commercial and mixed-use assets across London and major UK cities, combining strong financial backing with a collaborative culture that gives individuals real influence and visibility.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver smart building and digital placemaking solutions, including connectivity, analytics platforms, and energy optimisation technologies.
* Manage projects across the development lifecycle, including validation of smart handovers at RIBA stages 5-6.
* Translate operational and user requirements into clear data, reporting, and analytics outcomes.
* Manage procurement, vendor selection, contracts, and SLAs in line with technology and security standards.
* Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
* Coordinate stakeholders across development, operations, and technology to ensure aligned delivery.
* Oversee risks relating to cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and system resilience.
* Transition projects into business-as-usual operations, including documentation, training, and FM handover.

Role Requirements
* Proven project management experience within digital, data-led, or smart building environments.
* Strong understanding of in-building technologies, connectivity, and digital systems.
* Experience working within real estate, construction, or facilities management environments.
* Confident managing budgets, vendors, and third-party contracts.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools and governance frameworks; formal PM certification preferred.
