Director, Property Management

Cobalt have partnered with a highly regarded, independent consultancy that specialise in property and asset management for high-value assets across London & the UK, who are seeking a Director-level Commercial Property Manager for their team.

This role will be centred around leading on client management and overseeing key property instructions, assets, and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic discussions with clients to align property and portfolio goals with their broader business objectives.
• Develop tailored asset strategies and business plans that support client ambitions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong and collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Support wider client-orientated initiatives to enhance client experience and business performance.
• Contribute to business-wide growth initiatives and help drive service innovation.
• Champion new ideas and ensure alignment with the business's core services and strategy.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of property management to uncover value-adding opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends and share insights to drive innovation.
• Take on additional responsibilities that support business goals.

Requirements:

• MRICS ideally, with notable experience within Commercial Property Management.
• Strategic thinker with a strong foundation in property services.
• Commercial, supportive, and consistent in delivery and decision-making.
• Clear and effective communicator with strong presentation skills, and skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Detail-oriented, organised and dependable.
