About the Role
FP&A Analyst
West End
£40,000 to £50,000
My client is seeking an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join their finance team during an exciting period of growth and strategic development.
This role sits at the centre of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, supporting senior leadership with high-quality financial insight and board-level reporting. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded graduate or early-career analyst looking to gain strong exposure within a fast-paced, listed real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of the Corporate Budget and 5-Year Forecast
- Assist with annual capex budgeting and maintain rolling forecast dashboards
- Produce quarterly rolling 12-month cashflow forecasts for Board reporting
- Perform detailed NRI and year-on-year variance analysis
- Consolidate inputs into the Corporate Model and run sensitivity analysis
- Support Half-Year and Full-Year reporting, including key performance metrics (AFFO, EPRA measures)
- Assist with quarterly performance reporting and portfolio analysis
- Contribute to Going Concern and Viability modelling
- Maintain reporting dashboards and support data-led process improvements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Property and Asset Management
About You
- Previous experience in a financial analysis, commercial finance or reporting role (FP&A experience not essential)
- Strong financial literacy with a clear understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Confident interpreting financial data and translating it into meaningful insight
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capability; confident using PowerPoint
- Commercially astute with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Real estate exposure is advantageous
