About the Role
- Assisting with the identification and appraisal of potential development opportunities
- Carrying out market research and basic feasibility studies
- Maintaining land and opportunity trackers
- Gaining exposure to contracts, legal agreements, and development structures
- Preparing reports and briefing notes
- Learning how affordable housing schemes are structured, funded and delivered
This role would suit someone who is:
- Bright, motivated, and enthusiastic
- Curious about property, development, and the built environment
- Comfortable asking questions and keen to learn by doing
- Commercially aware, with good attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Organised and able to juggle varied tasks
Degree discipline is open (property-related degrees welcome but not essential). You will need to be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
