About the Role

  • Assisting with the identification and appraisal of potential development opportunities
  • Carrying out market research and basic feasibility studies
  • Maintaining land and opportunity trackers
  • Gaining exposure to contracts, legal agreements, and development structures
  • Preparing reports and briefing notes
  • Learning how affordable housing schemes are structured, funded and delivered

This role would suit someone who is:

  • Bright, motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Curious about property, development, and the built environment
  • Comfortable asking questions and keen to learn by doing
  • Commercially aware, with good attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Organised and able to juggle varied tasks

Degree discipline is open (property-related degrees welcome but not essential). You will need to be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
