About the Role

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for town planning, have experience already or just seeking a more flexible or commercially-minded firm? Then please get in touch!

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Planner who is keen to grow and develop with a company that can offer mentorship, support and long term career prospects. Their clients including private developers and landowners, as well as strategic land promoters and local authorities - working across various sectors, including residential, commercial, city centre/high rise, education, leisure and tourism. With a commitment to excellence and close client-relationships, they offer a flexible working environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.

· Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.

· Preparing planning applications and documents.

· Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

· Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

What we are looking for:

· A Graduate or experienced Town Planner with an RTPI accredited degree, ideally working towards or already chartered.

· Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.

· Excellent research and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
