  • Monitoring asset performance and supporting fault resolution.
  • Ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Managing ongoing client relationships and providing regular operational updates.
  • Preparing scopes of work, proposals and quotations.
  • Maintaining accurate operational, service and technical documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and efficiency.
  • Supporting the development of new service agreements and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Working alongside the wider business to support operational and commercial growth.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience within C&I rooftop solar PV, BESS and EV charging.
  • A good understanding of renewable energy asset operations and maintenance.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and fault management.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience with pricing, proposals or contract management.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of a growing area of the business.

A technical or electrical background would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to move into a position with genuine ownership and autonomy.

You'll have the opportunity to influence how the O&M function develops, improve operational processes, strengthen client relationships and play an important part in the continued growth of the business.
