About the Role

Are you a driven Land Agent looking for the next step in your career? These are fantastic opportunities to join forward-thinking agency teams.

 

In these roles, you will be responsible for identifying, appraising, and acquiring land opportunities, as well as advising landowners, developers, and investors. You'll have the chance to work closely with a diverse client base, helping to shape strategic land decisions and maximise development potential.

 

We are representing two businesses, who are bolstering their teams from junior up to the top level - within the London market, needing to talk to those with contacts within the urban living sectors.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and negotiating land opportunities for residential and mixed-use schemes
  • Undertaking development appraisals, valuations, and feasibility assessments
  • Managing relationships with landowners, developers, and local authorities
  • Advising on planning matters, site promotion, and disposal strategies
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex land deals and strategic land projects

 

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in land agency, development, or planning (ideally with a RICS or RTPI background)
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of the local property and development market is key for more the more senior roles.
