Zunikh is a privately-owned developer who deliver high-quality, affordable, and design-conscious residential for-sale schemes, as well as schemes across all sectors. Other current schemes include a 489-bed PBSA development, a 30-acre industrial scheme, and a number of PD schemes. Their developments are often recognised for sustainability, with ESG considerations embedded into project planning from the outset.

Based in their office in Watford, you will be travelling to sites as needed, on a hybrid basis.

 

What does your role involve?

  • Bringing in deals direct to vendor, through agents and friends in the industry.
  • Undertaking due diligence, development appraisals and feasibility and viability studies.
  • Managing pre-apps and planning applications through the development process, supported by external planning consultants.
  • Discharging of conditions and dealing with RMAs.
  • Managing stakeholders, external consultants and building strong relationships with local authorities.
  • Taking sites through to delivery stage - passing to Project Manager colleagues, but working in conjunction with them on costings and construction throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Rolling your sleeves up to get involved with a variety of tasks as the role and business grows!

 

What skills do you need?

  • Have experience in a developer, public body or housing association.
  • Have experience in managing developments through the planning, development and pre-construction stages.
  • Be sector agnostic and opportunistic in nature.
  • Excellent communication, written and numerate skills.
