About the Role

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leasing Executive to join a brand-new build-to-rent (BTR) development in West London. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional lettings and resident services, overseeing all aspects of the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-out. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic onsite team for a market-leading BTR operator.

Location: West London
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (with one day off in lieu each week)
Salary: Up to £34,000 plus discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all lettings administration and ensure systems and records are accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for available apartments across online platforms and third-party agents.

  • Conduct property viewings, manage applicant vetting, and negotiate rental offers in line with company procedures.

  • Prepare tenancy paperwork and ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company standards.

  • Provide detailed leasing performance reports, rental market analysis, and demographic data to support business strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to maintain high resident engagement through communication and events.

  • Ensure all apartments are presented to a high standard and that move-ins are efficiently coordinated.

  • Support the wider team in delivering a best-in-class resident experience and fostering a sense of community.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or BTR leasing is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Confident managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with CRM systems.

  • Proactive, professional, and well-presented with a collaborative attitude.
