This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dedicated team with room for long-term growth.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Head of Lettings & Property Management, the successful candidate will provide vital day-to-day support across both administrative and operational functions, helping maintain exceptional service levels for tenants and internal stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for tenants.

  • Liaise with contractors, utility providers, external agents, accountants, and internal teams.

  • Coordinate property maintenance, instructing and accompanying contractors as needed.

  • Provide general office support - phones, correspondence, supplies, and guest reception.

  • Prepare tenancy agreements, handle deposit registration, and manage AML/Right to Rent checks.

  • Assist with viewings (including some evenings/weekends) and property marketing tasks.

  • Manage property files, update legal certifications, and maintain internal documentation.

  • Support with inventory check-ins/outs and property inspections (both vacant and occupied).

  • Respond to enquiries from tenants and third-party agents.

  • Participate in out-of-hours phone cover on a rota basis.

  • Run occasional errands and support with property-related logistics when needed.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a lettings or property management environment.

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented and able to work independently.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

  • Professional, confident communicator across a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Well-presented with a smart, professional appearance.

  • Ideally based in or near Central London.

  • A full clean UK driving licence is preferred.

  • ARLA/NFoPP qualified or willing to undertake training within 12 months.

  • Familiarity with AML and Right to Rent regulations (training can be provided).

  • Multilingual skills are a bonus but not essential.

This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their property career within a supportive and high-performing environment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
