About the Role
Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a leading Real Estate Investment Trust on the appointment of a Management Surveyor to join their commercial property team in London.
The role involves managing a large office and retail portfolio in London. You will be taking responsibility for the delivery of the day to day lease management, L&T services, client service delivery and reporting requirements for all their assets on the estate.
This role offers a competitive benefits package including a fantastic pension and discretionary bonus. Salary for this role is up to c,£52,500.
Hybrid working available up to two days a week.
MRICS is desirable but not essential. APC support can be provided.
