About the Role

Cobalt is working with a respected name in property sales, lettings, and management, to find a vibrant and professional Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations.

As the Office Administrator, you'll be the friendly face of the office and the go-to person for both clients and internal teams. From handling reception duties to supporting lettings and sales paperwork, you'll play a vital role in keeping the operation running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to build experience in a dynamic, fast-paced property environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring the office is welcoming and well-presented.
  • Handling inbound calls and redirecting queries appropriately.
  • Supporting diary management, viewings and lead handling for lettings and sales teams.
  • Maintaining stock of office supplies and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Assisting with sales and lettings documentation and ensuring accuracy of records.
  • Supporting invoicing, bookkeeping, and monthly billing reports.
  • Helping coordinate new starter onboarding paperwork and templates.
  • Ensuring Anti-Money Laundering documentation is complete and logged.
  • Providing ad hoc personal assistance to the manager, as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Background in office administration, property, or customer service.
  • Exposure to invoicing, documentation, or basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Confidence working with people and managing multiple priorities.
