Portfolio Surveyor

Cobalt are partnered with a well-established client side organisation managing a large UK commercial estate across offices, industrial, retail and leisure assets. The business operates at scale, with millions of square feet under management, and is known for its professional, collaborative approach to asset and occupier management.

As Portfolio Surveyor, you will take responsibility for a defined commercial portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for occupiers and working closely with internal property, facilities and finance teams. The role offers variety, autonomy and exposure to a broad range of professional property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, breaks, assignments and sub-lettings
• Acting as principal contact for occupiers and delivering a high level of service
• Carrying out property inspections and liaising with facilities management
• Managing service charge budgets and reconciliations with internal teams
• Supporting building managers and ensuring health & safety compliance

Experience Required

• Experience in commercial property management
• Chartered Surveyor qualification preferred but not essential
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Salary c.£65,000 including car allowance plus bonus.
