About the Role

Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a design-led workspace provider that creates flexible, hospitality-led offices across London and the UK.

This organisation has a strong focus on wellbeing, sustainability, member experience and considered workplace design. The Project Manager will join a growing interiors team delivering bespoke spaces for a wide range of occupiers.

Responsibilities:

* Managing flexible office and commercial interior projects across all RIBA stages.

* Leading procurement strategies for each project.

* Managing consultants, contractors and third-party stakeholders.

* Acting as the key contact between members, contractors and internal teams.

* Presenting project updates, concepts and final solutions to clients and stakeholders.

* Overseeing design development, statutory compliance, fire safety, MEP and building regulations.

* Reporting on budgets, programmes, risks and progress to senior stakeholders.

* Working closely with Design, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver projects in occupied buildings.

The Project Manager will report into the Senior Project Manager and will be based in London, with four days in the office and one day working from home. Flexibility will be needed depending on project requirements.

Requirements:

* Working towards or holding professional accreditation such as RICS, CIOB or APM.

* Hold a relevant degree.

* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

* Experience working on commercial office, workplace or fit-out projects.

* Strong understanding of all RIBA stages and the wider project lifecycle.

* Strong knowledge of M&E systems, fire safety, building regulations and statutory compliance.

* Experience managing multiple live projects and third-party contractors.

* A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders.

* Good organisation, time management and commercial awareness.

* A collaborative approach to problem-solving.
