About the Role

Residential Property Manager - London (Office-Based)

Full-time | Permanent | Competitive salary (DOE)
Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30

We are partnered with an established and successful private property organisation who is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their friendly and collaborative team. The role involves managing part of a 600-unit residential portfolio and ensuring high standards of compliance across a range of properties. Experience of Health and Safety are crucial to this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend residential properties across London for compliance inspections

  • Work with external assessors on fire risk assessments and review outcomes

  • Instruct contractors to complete compliance-related works such as asbestos and legionella surveys

  • Review outsourced surveys including fire, legionella, general risk assessments and asbestos management

  • Upload compliance information into the internal H&S system

  • Accurately complete HMO licence applications

  • Carry out on-site assessments as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in residential property management

  • Understanding of health and safety compliance within residential settings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)

  • Experience with property databases such as Horizon or H&S systems (desirable)
