  • Monitoring construction quality and fire safety, producing regular photographic reports and advising Project Managers and Employers Agents.
  • Identifying defects and supporting the management of latent issues, advising on appropriate remedial actions.
  • Contributing to handover decisions, ensuring works meet required standards and handovers align with internal policy.
  • Feeding into the improvement of employer's requirements, design management procedures and materials/technology choices.
  • Managing your time across multiple projects and participating actively in internal and external forums.

  • Ability to interpret design and fabrication drawings and interrogate specifications.
  • Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with the ability to manage photographic evidence and produce clear factual reports.
  • Confident working across multiple sites, managing time effectively and collaborating with varied project stakeholders.
  • Professional membership such as CIAT, CIOB or ICWCI is advantageous.
