About the Role

Looking to step up and shape the future of Bristol's built environment?

We're working with a leading planning consultancy known for their innovative, design-led approach to development and regeneration. As they grow across the UK, they're looking for a talented Senior to Associate - level Town Planner to help drive their Bristol office forward.

You'll work on impactful projects from day one - from urban extensions to city-centre regeneration - and be a key voice in client strategy, planning submissions, and project leadership.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading planning applications, appeals & local plan promotions
  • Advising on major residential and mixed-use schemes
  • Building trusted client relationships and mentoring junior team members
  • Bringing fresh ideas to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' planning experience, ideally MRTPI
  • Strong residential knowledge and a knack for strategy
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, ambitious mindset
  • Passion for shaping sustainable places
