An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior to Associate Town Planner to join a highly respected independent planning consultancy. This role is open to experienced professionals operating at Senior to Associate Town Planner level who are looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage developments, you will have the opportunity to lead high-quality planning projects, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

  • Lead and manage planning projects from inception through to delivery.
  • Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support business development and contribute to team growth.
  • Work collaboratively across a varied and high-quality project portfolio.

About You

  • RTPI Chartered Planner.
  • Strong and broad planning consultancy experience.
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of development projects.
  • Experienced in managing projects and client relationships.
  • Motivated, proactive, and career-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence.
