Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a varied portfolio of planning projects across rural and mixed-use developments
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
- Oversee budgets, project coordination, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
- Provide strategic planning advice and support across multiple disciplines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
What You'll Bring
- Chartered Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of post-qualification planning experience
- Proven success in business development and project delivery
- Strong presentation, analytical, and client management skills
- Commercially minded, flexible, and proactive approach
- Understanding of rural planning issues (beneficial, not essential)
